Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At MIDDLESBROUGH PARTNERS LTD, we want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how you can cancel an order and when you are entitled to a refund.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Full refund: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Partial refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, we may issue a partial refund to cover perishable goods already prepared for dispatch.

No refund: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery has been completed and accepted, provided the goods were as described.

3. Free Rescheduling

You may reschedule your delivery free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery slot. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot refund orders that have been delivered and accepted in good condition. Perishable items that have been opened or partially consumed are also non-refundable.
