We supply grocery products, fresh produce, and household essentials for delivery worldwide. Product descriptions and prices are listed on our Products page. All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK taxes where relevant.
Orders are placed by completing the order form on our website or by telephone. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is collected before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel or reschedule your delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a partial charge. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for compensation, although we will do our best to reschedule promptly.
We maintain appropriate insurance for our business activities. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us by email or telephone. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
